These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by RoofGuru AI, LLC ("RoofGuru AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. Services Provided

RoofGuru AI, LLC provides roofing-related services, which may include, but are not limited to:

Roof inspection and assessment.

Roof repair and maintenance.

New roof installation and replacement.

2. Estimates and Proposals

Any estimate or proposal provided by RoofGuru AI, LLC is a good-faith approximation of the costs for the work described. It is not a guaranteed final price.

The final cost may vary due to unforeseen conditions (e.g., hidden water damage, rotten sheathing, changes in material costs) or changes to the scope of work requested by the customer.

Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both the customer and a representative of RoofGuru AI, LLC before work commences.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including any required deposit, payment schedule, and final payment due date, will be specified in the signed service agreement or contract for your specific project.

The customer agrees to provide RoofGuru AI, LLC and its representatives with safe and unimpeded access to the property and any necessary utilities (e.g., electricity, water) for the duration of the project.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for clearing the work area of any items that may be damaged, including but not limited to patio furniture, potted plants, and wall hangings.

The customer must secure all pets and inform RoofGuru AI, LLC of any specific safety concerns on the property.

The customer is responsible for protecting any personal property, including landscaping, from dust, debris, or other damage that may result from the roofing work. While we take reasonable precautions, we are not liable for incidental damage to personal property.

6. Warranty

RoofGuru AI, LLC provides a [5 Year] workmanship warranty on our services. The specifics of this warranty, including what is covered and what is excluded, will be detailed in your project contract.
